At Chew’s Egg, we’ve always believed in supporting local. When we were invited to join the FairPrice Made-in-Singapore Farmers Market, as part of SG60 celebrations, on 2–3 August 2025, we couldn’t turn down the chance to bring our freshest game.

Celebrating 60 years of Singapore’s independence, this special event was all about showcasing local producers — and we were proud to stand alongside fellow farmers in a vibrant weekend of food, fun, and community spirit at FairPrice Xtra @ JEM.

The buzz started early on Saturday morning, with our Chew’s Cage-Free Eggs flying off the shelves during FairPrice’s SG60 flash deal promotion.

For us, it was about giving Singaporeans a taste of what fresh, ethical, and local farming really means. Seeing that long line of eager shoppers made us really proud!

Part Of Something Bigger

We weren’t alone. The Farmers Market featured an inspiring lineup of local farms like Sustenir, Green Harvest, The Fish Farmer, and Growy SG. Together, we painted an exciting picture of what Singapore’s agricultural future can look like — fresh, resilient, and proudly homegrown.

FairPrice’s initiative to highlight over 60 local farm products aligns with our mission too: build food security, support sustainable practices, and champion local produce.

Produce can be delivered from local farms to supermarkets in less than 24 hours.

Nutrition can be retained and consumers can enjoy fresher products!

A Celebration To Remember

Beyond the booths and bites, there was fun for the whole family — from the Lil’ Cuddle Farm, a sure-win gachapon machine, to spinach ice-cream giveaways and flash deals on local produce.

But what made this event special for us was the face-to-face connection with you — our customers.

We felt the strong support for local eggs. Your belief in Chew’s Egg and local farming fuels our commitment to grow even stronger.
